At Yokuro Skincare, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read our refund and shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund & Returns Policy

Changed your mind? We do not offer refunds but we are happy to assist with exchanges or credit vouchers. To be eligible for return or exchange, you have 7 days from purchase to contact us at hello@yokuroskin.com and initiate the returns process. Items must be unopened with all the tamper-evident seals, packaging and cellophane intact.

We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items that are not in a resellable condition for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement, please email hello@yokuroskin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a replacement.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

● Change of mind after purchase where the products have been opened

● Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities

● Orders delivered to the correct address but left unattended or stolen

Shipping Policy

Nigeria

Order Processing:
   ● Orders placed before 1pm WAT will be processed and shipped the same day.
   ● Orders placed after 1pm WAT will be processed and shipped the next working day.
   ● Orders placed after 1pm WAT on Friday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday).
   ● Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.


Delivery Timeframes:
   ● Lagos (Standard Shipping): 2 working days
   ● Other States (Standard Shipping): 3 – 5 working days


Same Day Shipping (Lagos Only):
  ● Available for orders placed before 12pm WAT with the same-day shipping option selected.
  ● Orders placed after 12pm WAT for same-day shipping will be processed on the next working day.
  ● Orders placed for same-day shipping after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on the next working day (Monday).

Rest of the World

   ● We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all customs, taxes, and duties are covered at checkout—no additional fees upon delivery.
   ● Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact hello@yokuroskin.com with your order number. While we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, we will do our best to assist you.
